01Public Offer & Terms of Service

This page is a public offer (the “Agreement”) between the Seller (details in section 05) and any person who purchases ChannelForge (the “Product”) through this website. By completing payment you accept these terms in full.

What the Product is

ChannelForge is a digital product: a downloadable archive of plain-text files, skills, scripts and templates intended to be run inside the buyer's own Claude Code environment. It is delivered electronically. It is not a physical good, not a subscription, and not a service performed on the buyer's behalf.

Price & what you get

• Price: USD $19, charged one time. There are no subscriptions and no recurring charges.
• License: a personal license to use the Product for the buyer's own YouTube channels. You may not resell or redistribute the files.
• Delivery: instant. Immediately after a successful payment you are shown a download link on the confirmation page.

What the Product does not promise

ChannelForge provides a production process and tooling. It does not guarantee views, revenue, monetization, or immunity from any platform's moderation. The buyer brings their own Claude Code subscription and their own image/voice services.

02Refund Policy

To request a refund, email the address in section 05 from the address you used at checkout, with your order/payment reference. Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Because this is a digital product delivered instantly, this voluntary 14-day guarantee is what protects you — you can read every file and run the built-in uninstall before deciding to keep it.

03Privacy Policy

We collect the minimum needed to sell and deliver a digital product:

• Email address — to deliver your download, handle refunds and support, and (only if you opt in through the free niche checklist form) to send the checklist. We never sell or rent it.
• Payment data — card and payment details are entered on the payment provider's secure page. We never see or store your card number. Payment processing is handled by ROBOKASSA (see section 04).

We do not run advertising trackers that profile you, and the Product itself contains no telemetry — it runs on your own machine and never phones home. To have your email removed from our records, email us and we delete it.

04Payment

Payments are processed securely by ROBOKASSA, a licensed payment aggregator. Card details are handled entirely on ROBOKASSA's PCI-DSS compliant pages; this site never receives them.

• The price is set in US dollars ($19). If you pay with a non-USD card, your bank converts the amount at its own rate.
• Accepted methods: bank cards supported by ROBOKASSA. Some cards issued outside the processor's supported regions may be declined by the issuing bank.
• A payment confirmation is sent by the processor after a successful charge.
